Afterschool Animation

The Afterschool Animation students explored the world of contemporary animation by learning from the artists in the ICA galleries and others via youtube. Through viewing and experimenting in a variety of styles and techniques, our students acquired a wealth of creative knowledge that influenced their own work.

For most of the students this was their first time ever animating. Some students were apprehensive to try new techniques, IE: animating on our fabulous dry erase walls, but overcame their fear and produced some spectacular work!

Wednesdays, Oct. 6 - Nov 3, 4:00 - 6:00 PM
