Teen Arts Council 2015-16 Application

The ICA is looking for a new generation eager to work with museum staff, contemporary artists, and their peers for a year packed with amazing opportunities. As a member of the Teen Arts Council, you get the chance to organize and promote events and programs that open the doors to Boston’s youth. Opportunities include but are not limited to planning and running Teen Nights, conversing with contemporary artists about ideas, and engaging in depth with all the museum’s exhibitions and offerings.

The Rights of the Child in the Digital Age

Fast Forward students Asa Minter and Max Colombo and staff member Joe Douillette participated in a study on youth’s perspectives on access to digital media.

The project was a joint effort between the Young and Well Cooperative Research Centre (CRC), the Institute for Culture and Society at the University of Western Sydney, the Berkman Centre for Internet and Society at Harvard University, and UNICEF, in partnership with the Digitally Connected Network.
